Enable Connection

• Login to Solo Setup via client URL
• Go To Options → A/V
• Enable Audio Video System Link

Configure Connection Settings

• Enter the Control Systems IP Address
• Enter the TCP port configured on Control Processor to receive Mic Commands (this port will send only commands related to controlling microphones)
• Enter the TCP port configured on Control Processor to receive General Commands (this port sends commands related to meeting events as well as custom buttons)
• Press Save to update your changes

Implementation from AV System

To implement the connection you need to configure a TCP server for the ports you wish to receive commands on. Our software will automatically connect, send commands, and disconnect as needed. All you have to do is simply listen for the commands and trigger whatever you desire.
